The Neuroscience CRO Preclinical & Clinical Services

JSW Life Sciences represents the world leading contract research organisation offering different transgenic and non transgenic mouse models as well as many in vitro techniques including highly advanced tissue culture models in neuroscience (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Stroke, Depression, Psychosis, Schizophenia)
This is mainly due to the variety of different transgenic mouse models to investigate potential drug effects.
We offer services using animals with genetic modifications regarding Amyloid Precursor Protein, Tau, GSK-3β, p75NTR, Synuclein as well as AD11 mice. Additionally, the range of in vivo services comprises models like scopolamine, 6-OHDA, AF64a and MPTP treated animals. We perform behavioural, histological and biochemical evaluations in all models.
The in vitro laboratories perform studies regarding all neurodegenerative diseases including various transgenic and non-transgenic cell lines as well as primary cultured neurons and models to study retrograde degeneration of neuronal processes.

The clinical research department performs studies in all phases and indications offering perfect pharmacovigilance, data capture and management as well as safety reporting solutions. Processing and evaluation of MRI and PET images represent another aspect of JSW Life Sciences’ service offers. We were able to setup an effective network of experts to guarantee a fast and trouble-free performance of small as well as large trials even in very difficult indications.
